產品描述：Human villous trophoblasts, isolated from placental villi, originate at the outer layer of the early blastocyst, serving as the vital conduit for nourishment exchange between the maternal endometrium and the developing embryo. These trophoblasts envelop the chorionic villi, enabling the exchange of gases and nutrients crucial for fetal development. Their initial adhesion to the uterine wall is a pivotal step in implantation and placental formation. Extravillous trophoblasts delve deep into the uterine wall, anchoring chorionic villi, and play a direct role in this attachment process. Villous trophoblasts are also responsible for synthesizing and releasing important hormones such as chorionic gonadotropin, placental lactogen, and angiogenin, while expressing genes like CXCR4, CCR5, and the prolactin gene family. During differentiation at villous-anchoring sites, they acquire CCR1 expression.
